A copy of this slip is left at the time of service and a text or email copy is sent once processed.
Send it
TEST BUILD — this invoice only ever goes to William's test inbox (wgm1233@gmail.com). Nothing is emailed or
texted to the customer from this phone — the office handles all customer contact.
iPhone: if Email to office opens the wrong mail app or says it cannot send, use
Send with the Gmail app instead — same email, straight into Gmail.
To send a PDF too: tap Save as PDF / Print first, choose Save to Files (iPhone) or
Save as PDF (Android), then tap Email to office and attach the saved file.
The invoice text is already in the email body either way.
